Painter’s Demon

VERY atypical of my theater work…

I’ve been commissioned to make a series of paintings for a play about an artist who’s struggling with the inability to create art after his wife’s death. Several of the paintings are highly specific, but one is described only as “He holds up a panting of a disgusting monster” and is never mentioned again in the script. So with absolute freedom on this one I just started putting color down. I’m no psychiatrist, but I think I might have a deep subconscious fear of sheep <_<
